What we do and don't do
- Peek Health does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
- Peek Health does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We use first-party analytics on our marketing site only if you opt in below.
- Protected Health Information handled on behalf of a covered entity is governed by HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement — not by CCPA/CPRA.

We verify identity using information already on file and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 days where permitted by law).
